The new version of the famous Microsoft productivity suite was released. The new version features a number of enhancements with the most noticeable that relating to the new GUI which is called Ribbon.
In addition each there are application specific changes for Microsoft Word, Outlook, OneNote, Excel and the rest of the suite.
The new version doesn't include Microsoft Front page anymore which was outed after the development of Microsoft Expression.
